        HEX SCHMITT-TRIGGER INVERTERS

           The SLP74HC14 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device.

           The SLP74HC14 contains six independent inverters. Each circuit functions as an independent inverter. Because of the Schmitt-Trigger action, the inverters are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.


        Main feature

        • All inputs have Schmitt-trigger actions

        • CMOS level input

        • ESD protection:

          HBM Exceeds 2000V

          CDM Exceeds 1000V

        • Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA

        • Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
